Association management
The highest governing body of the Association is the General Meeting of its members, and in the period between meetings, the activities of the association are managed by the Board.
Board of the Organization:
- acts during the period between the Assembly and makes decisions on all issues that are not within the exclusive competence of the Assembly;
- ensures the implementation of the decisions of the Meeting;
- determines the procedure for payment and use of membership and target fees;
- admits members of the Organization and prepares documents for the General Meeting on issues of persons from among the members of the Organization;
- in its work the Board is accountable to the General Meeting.
The Board of the Organization operates in the composition determined by the decision of the general meeting.
The Board is headed by the Chairman of the Board - the President of the Association, elected by the General Meeting. He is the highest official of the Organization, accountable to the Board and the General Meeting of the Organization.
In addition to the President, the Board includes the Secretariat, the Executive Director of the Association and the Audit Commission.

President of the association:
Maksimenko Leonid Valentinovich Doctor of Philosophy PhD in Psychology. Founder and head of educational – Consultative psychological center "Commonwealth". Psychologist, psychotherapist, trainer, coach, teacher. The experience of active and successful medical work since 1983 (doctor – therapist of the 1st category) was continued after receiving a second higher psychological education in psychological counseling, psychotherapy, training of doctors and psychologists, coaching. Since 1997, head of the program for training psychologists – consultants at MGEI in Odessa, member of the Ukrainian Union of Psychotherapists, head of the psychological counseling section. Since 2006, founder and director of the educational and advisory psychological center "Commonwealth". Since 2012, Deputy Director of the Odessa Institute of Mental Health. Head of the Department of Existential Psychology and Psychotherapy. |
